Organization Mission: Oliver Scholars prepares high-achieving Black and Latinx students from underserved New York City communities for success at top independent schools and prestigious colleges. We provide crucial support for our Scholars so they can realize their full potential and ultimately give back to the city, the nation, and the world.
Position and Summary Reporting: Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Admin Intern will directly assist CEO on administrative task and research projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research related to Black and Latinx student educational outcomes.
- Research and identify evaluation tools to assess program impact.
- Assist in foundation and corporate prospect research related to specific expansion goals.
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to CEO.
- May perform additional projects upon request.
Qualifications
- Liberal arts, Education or related major.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program.
- Full-time 35 hours a week from June 24, 2025 to August 14, 2025
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be available for in person office hours based on office hybrid work schedule.

Compensation: Stipend payment of $1,700
